Hawaii vacation homes. Enter your information below and we will contact you
within 24 hours.
Booking information
The full amount for your accommodations is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
We accept Visa, and Mastercard.
Reservations are held with full amount of the stay paid in advance. Payments
can be made by money order, cashiers check or personal checks. Personal checks
must be received within one week of phone confirmation.
Reservations unconfirmed within 10 days will not be honored.
There is a $15 booking fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation
fee.
- 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
- 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund.
- Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment.
No refunds or cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods:
- February 12-16
- Easter weekend - April 30
- July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July
- November 23-30
- December 15 - January 2
There is a minimum 3-day booking
requirement during all major holidays including but not limited to:
Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, July 4th, and pertinent to Hawaii
Island, the Merrie Monarch Festival.

Check in is between 3:00-5:00 P.M. Check out by 11:00 AM
